Contract

An efficient way to comply with the reprography remuneration is an individual or collective agreement. When you enter into an agreement with Reprobel, Reprobel agrees with you upon the amount of remuneration owed and the payment conditions. This method excludes disputes after the fact.
In many sectors, Reprobel has established a protocol agreement with professional federations. With this type of agreement, an agreement is made on the reasonable amount of remuneration per employee in the sector. The companies remain free to establish an individual contact if they wish or continue to use the annual declaration form. Experience has taught us that most Federation members are very satisfied with this arrangement.

Would you prefer not to establish a (multiyear) contract with Reprobel? Then you must complete a declaration form each year providing as realistic as possible an estimate of the number of copies and the percentage of copies from protected works.
