How does Reprobel distribute the remuneration for reprography?

The remuneration for reprography is distributed in equal parts among authors and publishers. The legislators defined the distribution ratio in the Copyright Act. At Reprobel it is the Board of Authors and the Board of Publishers who are in charge of the distribution of the remunerations. Each board takes care of the distribution of the portion owed to its rights holders according to the different categories of works (authors) and of publications (publishers) and according to their own distribution ratios.
